Popular in Polk County
From two-car carports in Lakeland subdivisions to equipment barns on acreage near Bartow and Fort Meade, these are the buildings Polk County owners ask for most.
Above all, shade and storm protection for cars, trucks and golf carts.
For example, equipment, hay and livestock buildings for groves, ranches and acreage.
Plus extra length for bass boats and pontoons on the Winter Haven Chain of Lakes.
Fully enclosed, and also fitted with wind-rated roll-up doors.
Similarly, 32′ to 60′ wide buildings for contractors, fleets and storage.
Built for Central Florida
Polk County sits inland, but it still gets hurricane winds, frequent summer lightning and some of the heaviest afternoon rain in the state. Also, many properties sit near lakes and low ground.
Our Polk County recommendation
In our experience, this setup holds up best to Central Florida storms and summer downpours, and it is what plan reviewers expect to see on the drawings.
