Roll Up Door

Our industrial-grade roll-up doors are engineered to streamline operation and exceed wind-load requirements without adding unnecessary weight. By reducing friction points and minimizing reinforcement hardware, these doors glide open and closed with ease while delivering greater strength than standard self-storage models.

Built to meet SBC (Standard Building Code) and ASCE 7 (American Society of Civil Engineers) specifications, our doors span openings from 3′ to 10′ wide and up to 12′ tall. You’ll find locking hardware can be mounted on the curtain or bottom bar, and all sizes are rated for 100 mph wind speeds and 130 mph Exposure B conditions.

Installation is seamless on steel frames, concrete walls, or block jambs. For sites requiring even higher wind-load ratings, custom upgrades are available on an individual basis – so your door performs perfectly, year after year.

Screws

Walk through Door

Series 400 vinyl-laminated steel walk-through doors deliver exceptional durability and security, outperforming standard man-doors in strength and longevity.

Constructed with dent-resistant, 16-gauge galvanized steel panels over a heavy-duty aluminum frame, each door resists impact and deformation. Polyurethane foam insulation boosts thermal performance, while a folded edge and dual-seal weatherstripping keep out drafts and moisture.

Other features include adjustable striker plates, deadbolt prep, and reinforced hinges for secure operation. Choose from three styles, solid (pictured), cottage window, or diamond window – to complement your building’s design and functionality.

Ribbed Siding

Ribbed Siding

Crafted from high-tensile, galvanized steel, our ribbed siding panels install quickly and lock together for a watertight seal you can count on.

The precision-pressed rib profile resists dents and minimizes thermal expansion and contraction, ensuring a clean, uniform appearance over time.

Engineered for decades of maintenance-free protection, our panels are offered in both 26 gauge and 29 gauge options to match your performance and budget requirements.

Lap Siding

Lap Siding

Lap Siding

Enjoy the classic charm of wood without the upkeep. Our steel lap panels mimic traditional cladding profiles yet install in a fraction of the time for a clean, uniform finish.

Built from premium, weather-resistant steel, each panel locks tightly for a watertight seal and stands up to impacts with minimal bending.

Backed by a factory-applied coating system, Lap Siding delivers lasting curb appeal and corrosion protection. Available exclusively in 29 gauge for optimal balance of strength and cost.

12 Gauge Framing

12 Gauge Framing

Our 12-gauge steel tubing boasts a .1046-inch wall thickness for rock-solid rigidity and long-term durability. Thicker steel means superior resistance to bending, corrosion, and everyday wear, your building’s backbone for decades of reliable performance.

Choose impact-rated glazing to meet coastal wind-load requirements or upgrade to tempered safety glass that’s four times stronger than standard panels.

Obscure-finish glass lets natural light filter through while maintaining complete privacy.

14 Gauge Framing

Crafted from .0747-inch, 14-gauge steel, this framing strikes the perfect balance between strength and economy. Its lighter profile makes handling and erection faster without sacrificing structural integrity, ideal for residential carports, small commercial sheds, and agricultural outbuildings.

Upgrade to high-impact glazing for coastal-rated performance, tempered safety glass for break-resistant durability, or obscure-finish panels that admit daylight while preserving privacy, customize your build to fit both form and function.

Concrete Monolithic Slab Base Rail Anchorage

Concrete Monolithic Slab Base Rail Anchorage

Use the diagram above to show your concrete contractor the exact slab specs: a 4" thick, 2,500 psi reinforced slab with #5 rebar at 6" on center, and expansion anchors at every post. This system provides a secure base that meets code, supports wind and seismic loads, and ensures smooth installation from start to finish.

Ground Anchor

Ground anchors, also called auger anchors, secure your building directly to soil without the need for concrete. Each anchor screws into the ground beside the post and fastens with high-strength bolts for reliable, code-compliant hold-down strength.

Perfect for dirt or gravel pads, this anchoring system is ideal for temporary installations, soft soil, or rural projects where concrete isn’t practical. You’ll get fast installation, rock-solid stability, and a cleaner, more flexible site prep process.
